Class summary
Movement 04 is buffer by design — Thanksgiving falls in the first of these weeks, and whatever the semester needs lands in the rest. Then the final presentation, taught as a Day-5 demo rather than a book report: show the thing working, let the champion convert the room, and lead with the answer in one line.
The grading contract is put on the table explicitly (the components and their weights, matched to the syllabus), the retainer moment is named — the documented best time to ask is right after delivery — and the semester closes on what compounds: the portfolio, the FDE interview it prepares you for, and the flywheel this program runs on.
