Session 09 opens Movement 02. Consulting is defined by what it is not — not staff augmentation, not a report nobody reads — and the forward-deployed model is set against it: engineers embedded in the business, building against observed work rather than stated requirements.
The deck for this session is still being built. Classes 10 through 15 carry the method itself; this session sets up the vocabulary they use.
