Class summary
The three moves get decoded against the thing they descend from: Palantir’s AIP bootcamp, which collapsed a nine-to-twelve-month enterprise evaluation into days — roughly 140 organizations in a single 2023 quarter, roughly three quarters converting. The move was to stop selling and start building in the room.
The sprint is then walked day by day and overlaid on the semester, so every student can see which week is which day. The close is the whole program as one funnel, with the course’s own artifacts placed on it: the application, the five Fall 2026 partners, one primary deliverable each, and how teams are staffed.
